shochu is distilled from a variety of sources including barley, sweet potato and rice and combined with a range of fine malts - the result is a captivating mixture of unique flavours.
the bar has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere, designed in typical japanese style so you may well believe you are actually in tokyo!
of course, in addition to shochu, a wide range of wines, sake and cocktails are also available.
